Who Can Say It, Who Shouldn't, and Why

Ebony and Jet announcing that "it" would never again appear in their pages was no big deal. The real shock came when Mr. Paul Mooney, comedian extraordinaire, decided to wash his mouth out. Until Michael Richards's comedy club rant, Mooney took public glee in saying that he held onto it so tightly because it whitened his teeth.
